CPR Level C with AED (Automated External Defibrillation) Training

Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to choking and cardiovascular emergencies. All CPR training courses include the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)

Target Group

This course is for people who must know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills on adults, children and babies.

Level C Course Content

The Red Cross • Responding to Emergencies • Check, Call, Care • Recovery position • Choking – adult • Assisting with medications • Angina and heart attack • Stroke • CPR and AED– adult • Deadly bleeding • Choking – child and baby • CPR and AED – child and baby

Certification

3 year certification in CPR C (digital certificate issued upon successful completion).

Approximate Course Length

Full course: 5 hours in class OR 3 hours in class + 2 hours online learning.

Recertification: 3.5 hours in class OR 2 hours in class + 1.5 hours online learning.

Cost

Full course: $80.00 + GST

Recertification: $70.00 + GST
